Our Story
Registered in Nigeria under Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), Impact Nexus Development Foundation (INDF) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation committed to bridging opportunity gaps through impactful programmes focused on youth development, women empowerment, leadership advancement, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives. Our work is rooted in the belief that meaningful development begins when people are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to become active contributors to their communities and society at large.

INDF operates through an efficient and mission-driven organisational structure designed to ensure excellence, accountability, and effective programme delivery. The organisation is governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees responsible for providing strategic oversight and institutional guidance. The Executive Director oversees the implementation of organisational vision, operational management, and programme execution. Supporting this structure are key directorates focused on Programmes, Administration & Operations, Communications & Advocacy, and Finance & Compliance, ensuring seamless implementation of projects and initiatives across Nigeria.
Transparency, accountability, and integrity remain central to our operations. INDF upholds high governance standards through quarterly Board performance reviews, annual internal and independent audits, and strict adherence to financial transparency and donor reporting practices.
